Archive or delete a service

Archiving takes a service off your menu and your booking page. Old jobs, quotes and invoices keep their copy of it. You can bring it back any time. Archiving is usually all you need.

Archive a service

1. Go to Services.
2. Find the service and tap the three-dot button on its row.
3. Tap Archive.

The service moves to the Archived list at the top of the page.

Hide it from online booking only

If you still do the service but don't want people to book it online, tap the three-dot button on its row and tap Hide from online booking. It stays on your menu for jobs and quotes.

Bring a service back

1. Go to Services.
2. Tap Archived at the top.
3. Tap the three-dot button on the service.
4. Tap Put back on the menu.

Delete a service for good

You can only delete a service after it is archived. This can't be undone.

1. Go to Services and tap Archived.
2. Tap the three-dot button on the service.
3. Tap Delete for good.
4. Read the message, then tap Delete for good again.

Didn't work?

It says the service is linked to active jobs

A service on open jobs can't be deleted. Finish those jobs or change their service first. Or just keep it archived.

It says the service is on past quotes or recurring jobs

Utopia keeps those records whole, so the service can't be deleted. Keep it archived instead. It stays off your menu.

I don't see Delete for good

That option only shows on archived services. Archive the service first.
