Start a workflow from a template
Copy a ready-made workflow, like new lead follow-up or a review request, change the words and turn it on.
Templates are workflows written for a detailing or service business. You copy one and change anything you like.
Steps
- Go to Marketing → Workflows.
- Scroll to Start from a template.
- Tap Use template on the one you want. It opens in the builder with every step filled in.
- Tap any card to change its words or timing, then tap Done.
- Tap Save, then turn the switch to On.
The templates
- New lead follow-up: texts new leads right away, then on day 1 and day 3 if they haven't booked.
- Review request after a job: two hours after a job is finished, asks every customer for a Google review. If someone is tagged Unhappy, you're also told so you can call them. Google doesn't allow asking only happy customers.
- Review request with private feedback: two hours after a job is finished, one text to every customer with your Google review link. It also says they can just reply to tell you privately how it went.
- Win back after 60 days: texts customers 60 days after their last job, then emails at 90 days.
- Quote follow-up: checks in two days after a quote if it isn't accepted.
- Unpaid invoice reminders: an email, then a text, then a notice to you.
- Wash club renewal nudge: a heads-up a week before a subscription renews.
- ManyChat lead into Utopia: see Connect ManyChat with a webhook.
- Booking request waiting: tells your managers when a request sits unanswered for two hours.
- Welcome a new customer: a welcome email, then a text three days later.
Both review requests use the review link in your business details. Add it first so the link isn't empty. Their texts are marketing texts, so they only go to customers who agreed to marketing texts. The step shows how many will be skipped.
