Archive an EDEN chat
Move an EDEN chat out of your list without deleting it, and bring it back any time.
Archive a chat you're done with to keep your list short. Nothing is deleted, and you can bring it back.
Steps
- Open EDEN from the sidebar.
- In the chat list on the left, point at the chat and tap the three dots next to it.
- Tap Archive. The chat leaves the list. Tap Undo right away if you didn't mean to.
- To see archived chats, tap Archived chats at the bottom of the list.
- To bring one back, tap the three dots next to it and tap Restore. To remove it for good, tap Delete.
- Tap Back to chats to return to your list.
Didn't work?
I don't see Archive
Archive shows up once your business has the latest EDEN update. Reload the page. If it's still missing, talk to a person.
