Talk to a person at Utopia
Send a message to Utopia's support team and get a reply from a real person, or report a problem or an idea.
Stuck? Utopia has a real support team. You can send them a message from inside the app, and a person writes back.
Steps
- Tap Help at the bottom of the sidebar. On your phone, tap More, then Help. It's listed just above Report a problem. The help panel opens.
- Tap Talk to a person.
- Tap New message.
- Under What do you need help with?, say what you were trying to do and what happened instead.
- If it helps, tap Add a screenshot (a picture of your screen).
- Tap Send.
A real person replies, usually within a few hours. We reply right in that conversation, and you get an email and a notice in Utopia when we do. Open Help again to read the reply and write back.
Get a quick answer first
In the help panel, tap Ask Utopia and type your question, like "How do I send a quote?". It answers right away from these help articles. If it can't help, tap Talk to a person.
You can also open the full Help center from your account menu.
Report a problem or share an idea
If something in Utopia is broken, or you have an idea for it, use Report a problem. You'll find it in your account menu, and on your phone in the More menu under Help.
- Pick Something's broken or I have an idea.
- Choose Where is it? and say what's wrong. For a problem, you can tap Attach a screenshot.
- Send it. Ideas you send show up under My requests, with where they stand.

I don't see the Help button
Look at the very bottom of the sidebar, near Settings. On your phone, tap More at the bottom of the screen first.
I can't sign in, so I can't reach Help
See I can't sign in to get back in first.
I haven't heard back yet
Replies usually come within a few hours, but not around the clock. Check your email, including the spam folder, and open Help to see if a reply is waiting.
