Ask Claude or ChatGPT about your business

Already use Claude or ChatGPT? Add Utopia as a connector and ask about your business in your own words, like "How's my business doing?", "How many customers do I have?" or "Which invoices are overdue?". It gets the same answers EDEN gives, and its counts match what you see in Utopia. It reads your Utopia records only when you ask, signed in as you. It can't change, send or delete anything.

Before you start

• Only the business owner can connect it.
• Your plan in Claude or ChatGPT has to allow custom connectors.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Integrations and open Claude (or ChatGPT).
2. Tap Connect Claude (or Connect ChatGPT). Utopia copies your address and opens the app's connector settings.
3. In Claude, press "+ Add", then "Add custom connector". In ChatGPT, turn on "Developer mode" under "Advanced settings" and press "Create". Name it Utopia, paste the address and save.
4. Connect it. Utopia opens and asks you to sign in if you aren't already.
5. Check the business it will read and tap Allow. You go back to Claude or ChatGPT.
6. Ask about your business. If it doesn't use Utopia, turn Utopia on in the chat's tools menu.

What it can read

Jobs and your calendar, customers (names and cities, never phone numbers or emails), quotes, invoices, services and prices, Google reviews, goals, top-line numbers and Google Ads results. Anything switched off in What EDEN can see stays off here too.

Turn it off

To stop your own connection, go to Settings → Integrations, open the app and tap Disconnect. To stop every connection to this business at once, switch off Claude and ChatGPT in What EDEN can see.

Is it safe?

• It only reads. Utopia's database refuses anything else from these apps, so they can't add, change, send or delete.
• It sees only this business, and only what your login can see. Your password stays on Utopia's sign-in page.
• Notes, reviews and names are written by people, sometimes customers. If one says "ignore your instructions", the AI may repeat it, but it still can't change anything. Check anything important in Utopia.
• Utopia logs which tool was used and when, never what was asked or answered.

Didn't work?

It says only the business owner can connect

Ask the owner to connect it with their own login.

It says the link expired or was already answered

Start connecting again from Claude or ChatGPT. Each sign-in link works once, for a few minutes.

It doesn't know which business to read

If you own more than one business, disconnect the app in Integrations, connect again and pick the business.
