Turn off what EDEN can see

Switch off areas of your business, like finances or customers, so EDEN can't read them for anyone.

Each area EDEN can read has its own switch. Turn one off and EDEN can't read it for anyone in your business. If someone asks about it, EDEN says it's turned off.

Steps

Go to Settings → EDEN → What EDEN can see.
Find the area, like Finances or Customers.
Turn its switch off. It saves right away.
To let EDEN see it again, turn the switch back on.

Your services and prices, business profile and the help center are always on. EDEN needs them to explain your business. Turning off Your memory, skills and business notes also stops EDEN from using your saved skills.

Who can change these

People who can manage business settings, usually the owner and admins. Everyone else sees the switches but can't change them. With a switch on, EDEN still only sees what each person's role can see.

Your role can't change business settings. Ask the owner or an admin.

Start a new chat. If it happens again, talk to a person.
