Get EDEN for your business
Add EDEN, Utopia's AI helper, to your plan from Settings → Billing, see your credits, or turn it off.
EDEN is Utopia's AI helper. It comes with the Pro plan, or you can add it to Starter. You set it up from Billing.
Before you start
- Only owners and admins can change billing.
- Your plan has to be active, or in its free trial.
Steps
- Go to Settings → Billing. On your phone, tap More, then Settings, then Billing.
- Find the EDEN card. Its badge says where you stand: Not added, On, Included in Pro or Included.
- If it says Not added, read the card. It shows the price for your plan.
- Tap Add EDEN. On a yearly plan, pick Add EDEN yearly or Add EDEN monthly. Or tap Upgrade to Pro, which includes EDEN.
- A box tells you what you'll be charged and when. Read it, then tap Add EDEN.
- Tap EDEN in the sidebar and ask your first question.
Credits
Each EDEN answer uses credits. A quick question uses a few; a photo or a long PDF uses more. Your credits reset every month. The EDEN card shows the date they reset. During a free trial, the card shows how many credits your trial includes. To see what you've used, go to Settings → EDEN → Usage.
Turn EDEN off
- On the EDEN card, tap Remove EDEN.
- Tap Remove EDEN again to confirm.
EDEN stays on until the end of the time you've paid for, and you won't be charged for it after that. Changed your mind? Tap Keep EDEN before then.
Didn't work?
The EDEN card says Off
EDEN can only be added once your plan is active. Start or restart your plan first. See Cancel or change your plan.
The buttons are grayed out
A note on the card says why. This happens while a plan change or a cancel is waiting to happen.
I added EDEN but my team can't use it
The business owner is the one who chats with EDEN. See What EDEN can do.
I ran out of credits
Tap Upgrade to Pro on the EDEN card for more credits each month, or wait for your credits to reset.
