Track your leads and customer statuses
See who hasn't booked yet, what they might spend, and set up your own statuses for leads and customers.
A lead is someone who asked about your work but hasn't booked yet. A status shows where each person is, like "Quote sent" or "Customer". What they might spend is your rough guess of what a lead will spend.
See your leads
- Go to Customers. Leads and customers are in one list. The Status column shows each person's status, and Might spend shows your guess for each lead.
- Look at Open leads in the strip at the top. It shows how many leads you have and what they are worth together. Tap it to see only them.
- To sort by money, open Sort and pick Might spend the most.
- To see one status, open Filters and choose a Status. To see only leads or only customers, pick one under Show.
Change someone's status
- Open the person from your list.
- Find the Status card on the side of their page.
- Pick a new status from the list. It saves right away.
- For a lead, tap Add value (or Edit) under What they might spend, type an amount, and tap Save.
These amounts also fill in by themselves. A booking request uses its price. A form can use the price of the answers. While a lead has an open quote, the quote's total shows instead.
Make your own statuses
Only owners, admins and managers can change statuses.
- Go to Settings → Customers. You can also tap Edit statuses on a customer's Status card.
- You will see four groups: Leads, Customers, Lost leads and Lost customers.
- Tap Add status in a group and type a name, like "Quote sent" or "Ready to book".
- Use the arrows to change the order. Use the trash can to remove a status.
- Tap Save changes.
New leads from your forms and online booking start in the first lead status.
Didn't work?
I can't remove a status
Each group must keep at least one status. If people have the status you remove, they move to the first status of the same group.
I don't see what leads might spend
These amounts show only for people allowed to see money. Ask the business owner.
A lead turned into a customer by itself
That's normal. A lead becomes a customer when their first job is booked.
