I can't sign in
Get back into Utopia when your password doesn't work, your email isn't verified, your passkey fails, or you see the early-access page.
Most sign-in problems come down to a password, an email that isn't verified yet, or the wrong account. Start with the steps below.
Steps
- Open the Utopia log in page and tap Continue with email.
- Type your email and password, then tap Log in.
- If it says "Incorrect email or password", tap Forgot password?.
- Type your email and tap Send reset link.
- Open the email from Utopia and tap the link. Check your spam folder if it isn't there.
- Type a New password and tap Update password. You're logged in.
If you first signed up with Google, tap Continue with Google instead of using a password. Still stuck? Talk to a person.
Didn't work?
It says my email isn't verified yet
Utopia sent you a link when you signed up. Open it, then log in again. Can't find it? Tap Resend the link under the message, then check your inbox and spam. The link works for 24 hours.
My passkey didn't work
On the email screen, tap Sign in with a passkey and use your fingerprint, face or phone. If it fails, log in with your password instead. You can add a new passkey later. See Reset your password or sign in with a passkey.
I see a countdown page that says Utopia OS will be available on a date
Before Utopia opens to everyone, only approved early-access emails can get in. Check that you're signed in with the email you were approved with. If you are, tap Request early access, or tap Log out and try your other email.
It says this account doesn't have a workspace yet
Your signup wasn't finished, so no trial has started and nothing was charged. Tap the Finish signup link in that message to set up your business. If you were invited to Utopia, reply to your welcome email instead.
I signed in and landed on signup
Your account has no business yet. Utopia takes you back to signup at the business step, so you can finish it. Fill in Your business and keep going. If you were invited to someone else's business, reply to your welcome email instead.
