Reset your password or sign in with a passkey
Get a reset link if you forgot your password, change your password, or add a passkey to sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint.
If you forgot your password, you can get a reset link by email. You can also add a passkey. A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID, Touch ID or your phone, with no password to type.
Reset a forgotten password
- Go to the Utopia sign-in page.
- Tap Continue with email.
- Tap Forgot password?.
- Type your email and tap Send reset link.
- Open the email from Utopia and tap the link.
- Type a New password with at least 8 characters.
- Tap Update password. You are now signed in.
Change your password
- Go to Settings → Profile and security.
- Scroll to Password.
- Type your Current password, your New password, and type it again in Confirm new password.
- Tap Change password, then tap Change password again to confirm.
Add a passkey
- Go to Settings → Profile and security.
- Scroll to Passkeys and tap Add a passkey.
- Follow what your phone or computer asks, like Face ID or your fingerprint.
- If Utopia asks you to Confirm it's you, use your password or another passkey, then try again.
Add a second passkey on another device too, so you can still sign in if you lose one.
Sign in with a passkey
- On the sign-in page, tap Continue with email.
- Tap Sign in with a passkey.
- Use Face ID, Touch ID or your phone when it asks.

Links stop working after a while. Go back and tap Forgot password? again for a new one.
I signed up with Google and have no password
Use "Continue with Google" on the sign-in page. You can still add a passkey in Profile and security. If you are locked out, see I can't sign in.
