Change your logo and button color

Your logo shows on quotes, invoices, emails and your booking page. Your button color is used for buttons and highlights, for everyone in your business.

Before you start

• Only owners and admins can change the logo and color.
• Use a PNG, JPG or WebP image. Big photos are fine: Utopia shrinks them for you. A square logo works best.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Business. On your phone, tap More, then Settings, then Business.
2. Tap the Brand tab.
3. Under Logo, tap Upload logo and pick your image. If you already have one, tap Replace.
4. Under Button color, tap one of the color circles. Each has a name, like Blue or Red, that shows when you point at it.
5. For your own color, tap Pick any color. Drag on the square and the rainbow bar, or type a code like 4f6bff in the HEX box. On a computer you can also use the eyedropper to pick a color from your screen.
6. Tap Save changes.

You can also get here by clicking your business name at the top of the sidebar and choosing Business info.

Remove your logo

Tap Remove under your logo, then tap Save changes. Your booking page shows your first letter instead.

Good to know

• Status colors never change. Money stays green, warnings yellow and overdue red.
• Light or dark mode is a different setting, and it is just for you. See Switch between light and dark mode.

Didn't work?

It says the image is too big to use

Utopia shrinks big photos for you, but this one is still too big, or it isn't a PNG, JPG or WebP. Crop the photo tight around the logo and try again. You can also ask whoever made your logo for a PNG about 500 pixels wide.

The Save button is gray

Nothing has changed yet. Pick a color first.

I can't change anything on this page

Only owners and admins can change the brand. Ask the owner of your business.
