Turn on online booking and share your link

Your booking page lets customers pick a service, their vehicle and a time on their own. You send them the link.

Before you start

• Only owners and admins can change these settings.
• Add at least one service with Online booking turned on. See Add your services and prices.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Online booking. On your phone, tap More, then Settings, then Online booking.
2. Look at the switch at the top. If it says Online booking is off, turn it on. It then says Taking online bookings.
3. Tap Save changes at the bottom.
4. Under Booking link, tap Copy. On a phone, you can tap Share instead to send it straight to Messages or another app.
5. Paste the link where customers find you. To text it, open your phone's texting app, press and hold in the message box, and tap Paste. It also works in your Instagram bio, on Facebook or on your Google profile.

See what customers see

• Tap Open next to your link to open your real booking page.
• Tap Computer preview to see it on a big screen. On a computer, Phone preview shows it on a phone beside your settings. Previews never book or charge anything.

Share it more ways

Go to Marketing → Website buttons and links. You will find your link again, plus the code to paste into your website. See Put booking on your website. You can also make a QR code for your truck. See Make a QR code.

Turn it off

Turn off the switch at the top and tap Turn off. Customers see the message you type in Message while it's off. Tap Save changes to apply it.

Didn't work?

My customers say the link doesn't open the booking page

Check that the switch says Taking online bookings and that you tapped Save changes. See Why can't my customer book?.

The booking link box is empty

It says your link appears once your business has a web address name. Use Help → Talk to a person and we will set it up.

A service is missing from my booking page

Open the service in Services and tap Edit. Turn on Online booking under Where it's offered, then tap Save.
