Change your business details

Your business details show on quotes, invoices and everything your customers see. Keep them up to date so customers can reach you.

Before you start

Only owners and admins can change these. Everyone else sees the page as View only.

Steps

1. Go to Settings → Business. The Details tab opens.
2. Under Basics, change your Business name or Business type.
3. Check the Timezone. It decides what counts as today on your schedule.
4. Under Contact, change your Email, Phone or Business address. Start typing the address and pick it from the list.
5. Tap Save changes at the bottom.

You can also get here by clicking your business name at the top of the sidebar and choosing Business info.

Your EIN

Your EIN is your business tax number. It is kept private and hidden.

1. Tap the eye button in the EIN box.
2. In Verify it's you, use your passkey or type your password.
3. Type or change the number, then tap Save EIN.

It hides itself again after a few minutes.

Didn't work?

It says "Enter a phone number with at least 10 digits"

Type the full number with the area code, like (407) 555-0100.

The address list doesn't show

Keep typing the full street, city and state. You can also type the whole address yourself, then save.

It asks me to add a passkey to see my EIN

You sign in with Google, so there is no password to type. Add a passkey first. See Reset your password or sign in with a passkey.
