Find your way around Utopia

Everything in Utopia lives in the sidebar on the left. This article shows what each part is for, so you always know where to go.

The sidebar

The sidebar is split into groups. Everyone on your team sees the same list.

• EDEN, Home and Calendar sit at the top. Home is your day at a glance. Calendar is your schedule.
• Work has Jobs (jobs, quotes and memberships), Customers and Invoices.
• Business has Services, Supplies & equipment, Documents, Marketing and Team.
• Numbers has Analytics and Finance.
• Settings sits at the bottom, just above your name.

Search anything

1. On a computer, press ⌘K (Mac) or Ctrl K (Windows).
2. Type a customer name, a job, an invoice, a page name, or a question like "send invoice". Help articles show up too.
3. Pick a result to open it. You can also pick a quick action like New job or New customer.

On your phone, tap More → Help and type in the search box to find any help article.

The business-name menu

Your business name and logo sit at the top of the sidebar. Click it to open a small menu.

1. Click your business name.
2. Choose Business info to change your details, logo, button color and goals.
3. Choose Achievements to see your goals and milestones.

Your account menu

Your name sits at the bottom of the sidebar. Click it to see:

• Manage Profile, for your name, photo, password and passkeys.
• Help center, to read these articles.
• Report a problem, to tell us something is broken.
• Log out.

The Help row in the sidebar opens help for the page you are on. From there you can search, use Ask Utopia, or Talk to a person.

Hide the sidebar

Press ⌘B (Mac) or Ctrl B (Windows) to hide or show the sidebar. You can also drag its right edge to make it wider.

Didn't work?

I can't find a page in the sidebar

Some pages live inside others. Quotes are inside Jobs. Forms and QR codes are inside Marketing. Press ⌘K and type the page name.

⌘K does nothing

Click once anywhere on the Utopia page first, then press it again. On Windows it is Ctrl K.

The sidebar disappeared

You may have hidden it. Press ⌘B, or click the small panel button in the top-left corner.
