Use Utopia on your phone

Utopia runs in your phone's web browser. There is nothing to download from the App Store or Google Play. You sign in with the same email and password you use on a computer.

Steps

1. On your phone, open Safari (iPhone) or Chrome (Android).
2. Go to app.utopiaos.app and sign in.
3. Use the buttons along the bottom of the screen: EDEN, Home and Calendar.
4. Tap More to open the full menu.
5. In the menu, tap the page you want. Jobs, Customers and Invoices are under Workspace. Services, Supplies & equipment, Documents, Marketing, Analytics, Finance, Team and Settings are under Business. The pages inside a section show under it, like Quotes and Memberships under Jobs, and QR codes under Marketing.
6. Tap the X in the top-right corner to close the menu.

Put Utopia on your home screen

This gives you an icon that opens Utopia like an app.

1. On iPhone, open Utopia in Safari. Tap the Share button, then "Add to Home Screen".
2. On Android, open Utopia in Chrome. Tap the three-dot menu, then "Add to Home screen" or "Install app".
3. Open Utopia from the new icon next time.

Your profile on the phone

Your name and photo sit at the top of the More menu. Tap them to change your profile, password or passkey. A passkey lets you sign in with Face ID or your fingerprint. See Reset your password or sign in with a passkey.

Didn't work?

I can't find the app in the App Store

There isn't one. Utopia works in your phone's browser. Add it to your home screen to get an icon.

I can't find a page

Tap More at the bottom. Every page is in that menu, plus Report a problem under Help.

The screen is too dark or too bright

Go to More → Settings → Workspace preferences and pick Light, Dark or System. See Switch between light and dark mode.
