What happens when your plan ends

When your Utopia plan ends, your business pauses on its own. Restart within 90 days and everything comes back; after that it's deleted.

Canceling your plan is how you close your business in Utopia. There's no separate archive step.

When the plan ends

Your plan keeps working until its end date. On that day your business pauses on its own:

  • No texts or emails go to your customers. Workflows, automations and scheduled campaigns stop.
  • Your booking page and forms say the business isn't taking requests. EDEN stops replying to Google reviews.
  • Your team can't sign in. Owners and admins still reach Billing.

If a payment fails and isn't fixed, the plan ends the same way.

Bring it back

  1. Go to Settings → Billing.
  2. Tap Restart plan and pick a plan.

Everything comes back as you left it: customers, jobs, invoices, workflows and your booking page.

After 90 days

Your data is kept for 90 days after the plan ends. The Billing page shows the date it will be deleted. We email the owner 7 days before. After that the business and its data are permanently deleted, except the records the law asks us to keep.

Didn't work?

It still says workspace access is paused

The payment for the restarted plan may not have gone through. Check the card under Payment on the Billing page, then try again.

I want it deleted sooner

If you're the only person using the business, delete your account from Settings → Profile and security and tick the box to delete your business too. Otherwise, contact support.
