What the numbers on Home mean

Home shows your day and a few numbers about your business. Here is what each card means, in plain words.

Steps

1. Go to Home. On your phone, it's in the bar at the bottom of the screen.
2. On Money in, Jobs and New customers, tap the small arrow next to the name to pick the last 7, 30 or 90 days.
3. Tap Open on a card to see the records behind it.

What each card means

• Getting started: your setup to-do list as a new business. Each step opens the right page.
• New people asking: people who asked about your work but haven't booked yet. The big number is Work you could win. It adds up what each of them might spend, or the total of a quote you sent them. The rings show how they spread over your first three statuses.
• Live now: the job happening right now and the time left. When nothing is running, it shows what's Up next.
• Money in: every payment you recorded in the last 7, 30 or 90 days, on invoices and on jobs, deposits too. Bounced or voided payments don't count. Under the bars: the next 7 days at your average. Tap the card to open Finance.
• Jobs: jobs Booked, and how many are Done (yellow). Bars after Today are booked ahead.
• Monthly memberships: what your members, like a wash club, pay you each month, added up. Memberships is how many are active.
• New customers: people added to your customer list.
• Business goal: how close you are to your goal, and your Google rating if Google is connected.
• Needs attention: things waiting on you, like booking requests or overdue invoices. Tap a row to deal with it.
• Activity: what changed lately across the business.

Next to the date, the button that says how many are working now shows who on your team is clocked in. Tap it to see who.

Didn't work?

A card says "Not visible to your role"

Your role can't see money. Only owners and admins can by default. See Roles and permissions.

Work you could win is $0

Nobody asking has an amount for what they might spend, and you haven't sent them a quote. Add an amount on the customer, or send them a quote.

Monthly memberships is $0

Money in doesn't match Finance

Both count the same payments, but over different days. Home counts the last 7, 30 or 90 days up to today. Finance counts a calendar month, like October 1 to 31. See Read your analytics.
