Put your booking page on your website
Copy your booking link, add the booking page to your website, or print its QR code, all from Marketing → Website buttons and links.
Put your booking page where customers already find you. Everyone who books lands in Utopia.
Before you start
- Online booking must be on. See Turn on online booking and share your link.
Steps
- Go to Marketing → Website buttons and links. You can also tap it in the row of links at the top of the Marketing page. On your phone, tap More, then Website buttons and links under Marketing.
- Under Booking page, find Booking link. Tap Open to see your page the way customers do.
- Tap Copy next to the link, or Share on your phone. Put it in your Google listing, your Instagram bio or a text.
- To show the booking page inside your website, find Code to paste into your website and tap Copy.
- In your website builder, add an HTML or Embed block where you want the booking page. In Wix or Squarespace, use an Embed block. In WordPress, use a Custom HTML block.
- Paste the code into that block and publish your website.
Your booking link is also in Settings → Online booking.
Print the QR code
Under the code, tap Download PNG and print it on flyers, cards or your truck. Scanning it opens your booking page. Tap Open in QR codes to see how many people scanned it. See Make a QR code for your truck or business cards.
Add your forms too
Your forms are listed under Forms on the same page. Tap Get code next to a live form. See Make a form for your website.
Didn't work?
The booking page on my website says online booking is closed
Online booking is off. Go to Settings → Online booking and turn on the switch so it says Taking online bookings. Then tap Save changes.
The booking page is cut off on my website
Make the HTML or Embed block on your website taller. Or put a button on your site that opens your Booking link instead.
My link box says my link appears once my business has a web address name
Your business doesn't have a booking link yet, so there's nothing to copy. Talk to a person and we'll sort it out.
I don't see a Share button
Share shows only on phones and browsers that can share. Tap Copy instead.
Customers say the page doesn't exist
They may have an old or mistyped link. Copy it again with Copy and send them the new one.
